The cottage has its own patio area to the side.There are 10 acres of land in total giving magnificent views over the Valency valley and out to sea, including a children's play area with large play frame and trampoline, there is also a games room offering snooker pool and table tennis.

Courtyard Farm is ideally placed for travelling along the coast and venturing inland to discover the many towns and villages, steeped in history and legend.

Boscastle

Within a short distance of Boscastle are many stunning beaches including Trebarwith Strand, Daymer Bay, Widemouth Bay, Crackington Haven and Polzeath beach a popular surfing spot.

Bossiney cove and Strangles beach are approached, like many Cornish coves by a dramatic cliff walk.

There is also the popular Port Isaac fishing village home of the popular TV series Doc Martin.

Located at the mouth of the Camel Estuary is the vibrant fishing harbour of Padstow with its range of seaside gift shops. Here you can enjoy a meal at Rick Steins restaurant.
