The Old Rectory Bed & Breakfast, Charlotte Street, is very centrally located within easy level walking of all the historic sights, restaurants and shops that Bath has to offer. Perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds and nearby Stonehenge, Castle Combe, Avebury and Lacock. We think we are the smallest B&B in Bath (upto 3 guests travelling together) but the Charlotte Suite probably has one of the biggest B&B bedrooms!

We can sleep up to 3 people travelling together:

The Charlotte Suite (up to 2 guests) £105-£115pn or single occupancy £95-£105pn.

The Small Bedroom (1 guest) £50pn. Please note that the Small Bedroom is not available on its own as the group will be sharing the same bathroom/loo.

PLEASE SEND AN ENQUIRY IF YOU ARE 2 GUESTS REQUIRING BOTH BEDROOMS. The cost will be £145-£155 pn.

(The total price you see when booking includes Holiday Letting's fee)

THE CHARLOTTE SUITE Very light and spacious with a kingsize bed with fine cotton bedlinen and feather pillows (hypo-allergenic pillows are also available). Other amenities include free WIFI, ipod docking station, plenty of hanging space, luggage racks, fans, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and tv.

CHECK-IN After 2pm CHECK-OUT By 11am

If you arrive in Bath before 2pm you are welcome to leave your luggage with us until your room is ready. At the end of your stay you may also leave your luggage with us for collection later.

SMOKING We have a strict non-smoking policy throughout the premises. Candles and incense are also not permitted. Non-compliance or damage caused by tampering with the smoke detectors will result in a liability to repair such items, as well as a £100 charge for the professional cleaning of the room.

HOUSEKEEPING Bathroom and loo cleaned daily. We will check with you if you would like your bed made and drinks making tray refreshed. Personal Laundry: £5 per load (washing & drying)

CHILDREN Babies and children over the age of 10 are welcome but unfortunately the Old Rectory is not suitable for small crawling/toddling children.

PARKING The best place to park is at the Charlotte St long stay car park opposite us. £8.50 for 24 hours - the machine says £8.50/12 hours but then takes into account that there is no charge between 8pm-8am. Some of the machines take bank cards and you can pay for the whole stay in advance. On-street parking is free on Sundays if you can find a spot.

ANIMALS The Old Rectory is unable to accommodate any animals

VISITORS other than yourselves may not be brought into the house without our permission. Thank you.

WEEKENDS We have a two night minimum booking at the weekend (Fri+Sat or Sat+Sun)
