This newly built and modern Apartment offers superior standard throughout with real wood floors to the lounge, kitchen and hall with under floor heating, making it the perfect place to stay whatever time of year you choose.
The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is centred around full length windows and glass doors looking out across the beach and Ocean beyond. Opening up the terrace doors, either from the lounge or master bedroom, really does bring the outside inside as the space opens out onto the large, fully paved terrace, with large table and chairs, the lawned garden and the beach beyond.
The lounge area contains a large, curved sofa facing the beach and offers a top class 42” flat screen Freeview TV with DVD & CD player together with FM Radio. A coffee table together with a large, rectangular dining table with four chairs provides ample space for even the most elaborate of dinners.
A fully fitted kitchen with top quality worktops sits across from the lounge and contains everything required for your stay with integrated appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/gill with ceramic hob and a separate fridge and freezer.
There is a utility room off the hall containing a sink, iron and board together with a wash/dryer and clothes airier. A full range of glasses, crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and utensils are provided. A breakfast bar is incorporated together with stools.
The spacious entrance hall leads to the two bedrooms, family bathroom and utility room. A range of fitted wardrobes to each of the bedrooms make it truly a home from home. Both bedrooms feature windows looking over the garden area, the beach and ocean.
The main bedroom offers a luxurious king size bed, together with flat screen Freeview TV and iPod dock. Patio doors open onto the outside terrace. An en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, basin and toilet connects from the main bedroom.
The second bedroom contains two single beds together with a flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player and iPod dock.
Both the family bathroom and en-suite are fully tiled and have heated towel rails. The main bathroom has a full size bath with over power shower, toilet, basin and shaver point.

An allocated, off road parking space is just in front of the Apartment building.
A video entry system is installed together with a lift to all floors.
There is a large grassed lawn area with dedicated BBQ space and direct access to Porth Beach. An outdoor shower is also provided.
3 Coast does not accept single sex parties groups or those. A non-smoking policy is in place and unfortunately pets cannot be accepted.
While the biggest draw to Cornwall is it's outstanding coastline; it is also an area filled with things to do and see.
Activities, destinations and attractions are within easy reach to suit everyone and of course, the beaches, are amongst the finest in the UK.
The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligon, Trerice, Bocastle and Tintagel are just a few of the interesting places to visit. A complete variety of visitor attractions to suit all tastes are situated throughout the area.
The weather is traditionally more favorable then other parts of the UK; summers seem to last longer, often with plenty of sunshine together with milder winters, making it perfect for coastal walks, water sports or just relaxing on the beach.
Cornwall really does have it all covered for the perfect holiday.
Porth is a quiet, relaxing area with the focus on the large, flat sands of the Beach. It is located close enough to Newquay (a 15 minute walk) to allow easy access to it's amenities and facilities, while remaining and peaceful and un-spoilt haven for families and couples alike.
Close at hand from the Apartment is a beach café, an ice cream parlour, a convenience store and a family friendly pub/restaurant.
A full range of supermarkets are in the locality including Sainsburys, Tesco Express, Aldi, Asda and Morrisons.
A regular bus service passes through Porth, which, in combination with Newquay Cornwall Airport, it is possible to enjoy everything that Cornwall has to offer without a car.
There are a variety of coastal footpaths from Porth, going into the centre of Newquay and out to Fistral Beach in one direction and over to Watergate Bay and beyond in the other.
Jamie Olivers Fifteen is located close by at Watergate Bay with Rick Steins seafood restaurants a scenic drive away in Padstow together with the village of Rock.
Newquay town has something for everyone through the day and night ranging from independent shops, cafes & restaurants to traditional pubs and lively bars and clubs.
Hotels in the area are open to non-residents including the Porth Veor Manor which is a very short walk from the Apartment, while the Headland Hotel and the Atlantic Hotel are in the town centre. A recently opened branch of Pizza Express is a short walk away.
Naturally, the UK Surf Capital has facilities for surfers at any level, with lessons widely available for those looking to have a go for the first time or just to improve their skills. Board and wetsuit hire is also readily available in the town centre or at Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay.
Family entertainment and activities include Waterworld fun park, the Blue Planet Aquarium and Newquay Zoo.
A number of golf courses are in the area, including Holywell Bay and Newquay Golf Club.
