The two lounges are both spacious and comfortable. There is ample seating for the entire party in these family lounges.
Family lounge - This fantastic lounge area gives view to the kitchen and breakfast dining area, with patio doors out to the decking area and pool. Again you can all sit in this lounge, watch TV, read a magazine, or talk to the cook! This is where you’ll find a large TV, DVD player and Play station.
Kitchen- A spacious and warm area that overlooks the family lounge and breakfast area. There is a free standing work surface in the centre of the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed should you choose to cook a romantic meal once the children are fast asleep. There is a large American fridge with ice maker, and ample freezer space for the luxury ice cream! The oven is large enough to cook a roast for 20 or more. Don’t worry about the dishes as the dishwasher can handle that work! There is both a breakfast table and bar giving view to the kitchen and family room, with views out to the pool. This is ideal for the children in the mornings, where they can enjoy some Florida orange, fresh fruit and cereal.
Lounge 2- This is a quiet and spacious part of the house with a more formal dining table set ready for a feast. This provides a wonderful end to the evening on those occasions when adults want some time for themselves.
Master bedroom- This is a vast en-suite room that offers a King size bed, sofa, and TV cabinet with usual features. The bathroom has a large bath in which to soak, and walk in shower wet area with twin heads. There are twin vanity units, and a separate toilet. This is a peaceful part of the villa where adults can pamper themselves.
Bedroom 2- This room offers a Queen size bed, TV, and with a separate bathroom adjacent. There is a closet and vanity unit.
Bedroom 3- Here you will find another double bed with closet.
Bedroom 4- Here you will find two twin beds with closet.

Large covered decked area next to the pool, where you can take drinks, dine al fresco, or simply watch the kids have a blast!
The pool is larger than most, with a separate spa. This area is protected by enclosed netting.
For safety there is protective pool fencing, which will stop the little ones using the pool unsupervised. This can be removed if you so choose.
There is sufficient table places and seating for the whole party to dine outside, as well as ample sun loungers.
The resort also has tennis courts and a communal swimming pool for more serious swimming.
The golf course is amongst the best in the region, with greens manicured daily.
Florida is well known for its balmy climate where even the winters are mild.
If you want to go crazy on theme parks, there are Disney Resort, Universal Group, Busch Gardens, as well as Sea World, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica- the latest quality waterpark.
Shopping is in abundance. There are shopping outlets as well as high-end malls from which to choose.
There is a fantastic array of restaurants, ranging from American diners to amazing fine dining. The local shops at Berry Town centre (two minutes from the villa) offer a Publix supermarket (similar quality to Waitrose) as well as a Pizza place, Bistro, Sushi bar, and an Applebees. If you don't want to go far then these are ideal. Fine dining and Sunday Brunch options are detailed within the FODORS and FROMERS guides in the magazine rack, which includes the California Grill. This amazing restaurant allows you to treat yourself to a fantastic menu whilst watching the theme park fireworks from the 15th floor.
Supermarkets are in abundance, with two Walmarts on Highway 27 ( one at Cagans Crossing - 5 minutes from the villa), as well as a Target on Highway 192.
Tampa is an hour away, where you can find other attraction such as air boating or kayaking.
There are ample leaflets of local attractions, theme dining, shopping, sport activities and theme parks in the drawer under the telephone in the kitchen.
The golf course is reputedly amongst the best in the region, and is immaculately groomed daily.
Highlands Reserve resort is a high-end quality estate which offers peace and tranquility, but yet is so close to the theme parks. A great retreat after a laughter-busting day in the parks.
If you want beaches, then Daytona is an hour and quarters drive away or Clearwater the same towards Tampa. Maps or the FROMERS guide in the villa will detail other beaches for you to enjoy.
There is also the NASCAR car racing at Daytona, but be sure to research this if you are keen to attend as this is very popular and often sell-out.
