Gweek itself is a beautiful village at the head of the Helford River and is the gateway to the famous Lizard peninsular which is the most southerly point in mainland Britain.Helston home of the Floral Dance and harbourside village of Porthleven are just a few minutes drive away. Cornwall has some of the best weather being so far south.
