Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both of which are en-suite, and offer fantastic views.

The master bedroom has a balcony looking out towards St Michael’s Mount whilst the second bedroom offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. With two more twin bedrooms this property sleeps eight making it ideal for an extended or dual family holiday. Downstairs discover a spacious living room with French doors opening onto the well-maintained patio and attractively planted garden area. On the opposite side of the hall is a second, large, living room/play area with French doors to a low level balcony. Towards the rear of the property is an enormous open plan kitchen and dining area fitted to an exceptionally high standard, featuring an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas oven/hob and microwave. The subtle “country” style units are covered with a solid oak worktop which, alongside the modern décor gives this home a quietly rural feel. The kitchen/dining area also has French doors onto the patio and garden, creating the perfect environment for a warm summer evening barbeque at the end of a beautiful day at the beach. Next to the kitchen is a well-equipped utility room with washing machine and spacious airing cupboard, and beyond that is a downstairs WC with wash basin.

This gated property has secure parking for three vehicles and is safe and enclosed for children. It offers a marvellous garden play area with a 12’ trampoline and a wide variety of swings and slides.
