The owner's manor house, Gatehouse Cottage, two other letting houses and the barns are set around a vast courtyard, just outside the main tourist area, so forget traffic jams and crowded shops. Tabary is a ten minute walk from Excideuil market town with its excellent bakers, restaurants, ancient streets, castle and colourful market.
Gatehouse Cottage is available separately or together with the neighbouring Farmhouse and Dovecote for up to a total of 19 people. Both the Farmhouse and the Gatehouse have three large bedrooms and cool sitting rooms. Park like gardens leading to the magnificent swimming pool 15m long! Lounge here all day in the sun, or be busy visiting all the historic sights nearby: - Lascaux cave paintings, Jumilhac and Hautefort chateaux, picturesque Brantome and fascinating Perigueux with its free evening Jazz concerts.
