Stone Green Oast is a traditional square kiln oast converted to comfortable holiday accommodation. This is an "upside-down" house. Steps lead up to the main entrance upstairs where there is an open-plan sitting and dining room and a separate well equipped kitchen. An open engineered spiral staircase leads downstairs to the bathroom and bedrooms (1 double and one twin). The master bedroom has french doors which lead up a short flight of steps to the pretty enclosed garden. Outside there is good quality garden furniture, a barbeque and secure storage for bikes. 2 adult bikes are available for use by guests. The property is situated on the Saxon Shoreway, in a quiet hamlet, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 150 yards from the nearest public house. The nearest shop is 2 miles away in Appledore and the Cinque Port market town of Tenterden is 7 miles. The ancient town of Rye, which has an open-air market on Thursdays, is 5 miles away. The property is ideally situated to explore the wide variety of activities that Kent and Sussex coast offer. The owners will be here to greet you upon arrival, and a generous welcome pack of local produce is provided.
