This extremely spacious villa is in one of the most popular areas on the Costa del Sol, just a 40 min drive from either Malaga or Gibralta airports. The villa is set in a 2200 m2 plot which is fully enclosed for the security and privacy of you and your children and the garden has a private pool and plenty of toys. There is also a playroom with toys, videos and a seperate T.V.for when it gets too hot.
The villa is all on one level for easy access with prams or wheel-chairs, and every room contains it's own seperate heating/air-con unit. The villa is superbly situated within walking distance to the local shops, bars and restaurants and the owners are always on hand should you need any information. You can take a ten min drive to the picturesque town of Marbella or just a 5min drive to the lively Puerto Banus to see the luxury boats,lounge on the fantastic beaches or shop till you drop in the endless designer boutiques.

The maid service is optional at extra cost but we leave it up to you to confirm the day you require it so as not to interrupt you whilst you are there. There is a gardener and pool maintenance man who are again flexible to suit your time table. We can also arrange transport to and from the airport and any excursions you wish to go on during your stay at the villa.
Whether it be a day on the beach, a night on the town, skiing, golfing, anything. This 16 seater mini-bus is available at a separate cost. The dining room seats 8 people but there are other dining areas to seat numerous others. The villa is also fully alarmed with infra reds in the grounds for your security and peace of mind. The alarm can also be armed at night should you wish.
The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Malaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's warm climate is the root attraction that makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activiites year round.
The general infrastructure from Malaga to Gibralter has improved over the last 20 years beyond recongnition. Andalucia is a golfer's paradise and golf tourism has increased greatly over recent years giving you more than 70 golf courses to choose from. Most towns along the coast have blue flag beaches and long promenades to spend lazy evenings/days relaxing over a glass of wine or sangria.
Malaga being the birthplace of the world famous artist Pablo Picasso has a rich history. But has seen large scale restoration and renovation of the central zone. A visit to the Malaga's Gibralfaro and Alcazaba is recommended. Many ancient civilisations have left behind a legacy of ruins and historical sites which make for good day trips. These include the valley of Rhonda, Bobasto near Alora, Dolmens of Manga in Antequera and The Alambra in Granada.
Other popular towns along the coast include Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Marbella. These all have a wide range of activities for all ages including a Zoo, water park, boat trips, cable car and dolphin park.
The villa is located next to the popular resort of Benavista, just past San Pedro at the bottom of the road leading to Benahavis. This beautiful village has quaint streets and souvenir shops as well as amazing restaurants. There are several golf courses nearby and bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are all within a 5 minute walk from the villa.If you have a car the sky's the limit, this area of Spain is not just fantastic beaches.
Should you be unfortunate enough to experience bad weather or you simply wish to get out of the blazing sun for a while there are lots of places to go. Take a 10 minute drive to Puerto Banus and experience shopping heaven or cinemas and bowling for the kids. Drive a further 5 minutes on to La Canada which has the added benefit of an amusment arcade.
Further still is the picturesque Marbella with the beautiful 'Plaza De Naranjos' (Orange Square ). In the opposite direction is Gibraltar which houses the famous apes as well as a new cinema and ice-skating rink.
