There is a small sheltered patio to the rear framed by wooden trellising with a bistro table and two chairs. Car port to the rear with room for a large family car and space for prams/bikes/surfboards.
Devon has long been a favourite destination for tourists with its beautiful coastline and dramatic inland Moors. The World Heritage SIte of the Jurassic Coast stretches along East Devon and West Dorset with its unique fossil bearing geology and there are numerous Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty within easy reach.
If you want to venture out for a day trip the Cathedral City of Exeter and the Dartmoor National Park are within easy reach by car.
The stunning coastline of Lyme Bay provides a variety of both pebble and sand beaches for sea swimming, walking and birdwatching. The imposing Edwardian seafront of Sidmouth and the striking scenery of the Lyme Regis Cobb which inspired Jane Austen and John Fowles are also close by.
Seaton itself has a long flat promenade for strolls with a number of cafes, pubs and restaurants and an interesting and varied selection of independent shops. Axe Cliff Golf Club with its beautiful cliff top course and Seaton Tennis and Bowls clubs welcome visitors. There are a good variety of children's play areas and the main public park slopes down to the sea front.
You may also like to visit the unique electric tramway which also gives marvellous views for birdwatching in the Axe Estuary or see the Model Railway Centre at Pecorama. The neighbouring pretty fishing village of Beer has many excellent restaurants, tea shops and galleries and also in the local area are the nationally renowned restaurants, River Cottage H Q & Canteen and Hix's Oyster House.
