The apartment comprises two generous sized bedrooms, one with double bed and fitted wardrobes and the second with twin beds.Bed linen and towels are supplied as standard. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
A travel cot is available in the apartment if requested, however guests are required to provide their own linen for this.
The lounge, dining room and kitchen form a spacious open plan area with large picture windows overlooking the communal pool. Patio doors lead from the kitchen to a balcony which is equipped with table and chairs.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, perfect for those hot sunny days. The air conditioning units have a dual function and can also heat rooms to a comfortable temperature during the cooler months.
Both the master and second bedroom have fitted wardrobes.

The communal pools sre a good size with access steps at both ends. The pool is surrounded by a paved area, ideal for sunbathing if you do not wish to use the private terrace.
Cyprus Cove has beautiful gardens and all the ground floor apartments have there own private good size garden area.
Please note that the pool is unsupervised and unheated. The general recommended months for unheated pool use in Cyprus are May through to October.
20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid not less than 6 weeks where appropriate prior to commencement of letting together with a £150 security bond.
The rental price does not include any excessive water or electricity usage and this will be assessed at the end of your stay by the key holder using the meter systems. Any additional excessive usage will be taken from the bond.
The bond will be returned within 14 days of departure subject to an appropriate deduction in respect of any damage, breakages or additional electricity/water usage reported to us by our managing agents.

Kyrenia (or Girne as it is locally known) is the nearest large town to the apartment and is 5km along the coast road. Kyrenia is a charming Venetian harbour town, full of yachts and fishing boats. The long northern coastline is backed by the Besparmak (Five Finger) Mountains with their dramatic wooded slopes and craggy summits. Sandy beaches and rocky coves await discovery along the shore.
Due to the legacies of the British colonial era, English is widely spoken throughout the island, even in the most remote areas. They even drive on the left, which is handy when hiring a car!
Turkish Cypriot people are extremely friendly and Northern Cyprus is considered to be a very safe holiday destination
The apartment is within walking distance (10-15 mins) of two separate beaches offering many watersports activities including boarding, water-skiing, jet-skiing and powerboat rides. Alsancak Beach and Escape Beach are a must visit, again both only a 5 minute drive away.
Furthermore, there are numerous scuba centres along the coast for those who want to indulge in underwater diving and snorkelling. For the adrenaline seekers amongst you, tandem paragliding can be undertaken from the top of the mountains.
Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to learn that North Cyprus has now opened its first golf course. The Esentepe Golf and Country Club is not just the first 18 hole golf course in North Cyprus, but a truly international course designed to the highest standards. The course covers some 6600 yards with elegant greens, tricky sand bunkers and water hazards and is set amongst olive trees with the natural beauty of the Northern Cyprus Kyrenia Mountains as a stunning backdrop. You can also practice your swing at the 30 bay driving range, or brush up on your skills with the help of a qualified instructor at the golf academy.
Spa lovers will be as equally delighted to know that a 5* health resort and spa has opened in Karsiyaka, offering a truly indulgent spa experience with a wide range of treatments and exclusive five star dining.
For the children, there are excellent water slides at the Acapulco Beach Hotel and Riverside Holiday Village which are both a 5 minute drive away. As a non-resident, you pay a small fee per person and the facilities are yours to enjoy throughout the day. There is also a great new waterpark that has opened in Lapta.
Inland, Crusader castles such as Hilarion and Kantara, conquered by Richard the Lionheart in 1191, can be visited and there are Roman ruins at Salamis and Soli. The Besparmak Mountains are traffic free and provide wonderful walking and bird watching, especially in the spring when wild flowers are in bloom. The citrus growing region to the west, around Guzelyurt, is also worth a visit.
There's also the peaceful little hillside village of Bellapais, just outside Kyrenia, where you'll find the Tree of Idleness immortalised in the Lawrence Durrell novel Bitter Lemons. Go there in the evening, when the ruins of the 12th Century Abbey are lit up, and treat yourself to a cocktail in one of the surrounding bars as you listen to piped classical music and soak up the atmosphere.
Food and drink lovers may wish to sip a refreshing drink on the terrace of one of the many beautiful bars or savour local delicacies in nearby restaurants. There are plenty of, reasonably priced restaurants in the area offering a wide range of Turkish and International cuisines, some of which offer 5* dining with fantastic views. Some restaurants will even supply free taxis for their customers, so it's worth checking when you make a reservation.
