The property includes:
Lounge with leather suite, gas flame coal effect fire and flat screen TV and DVD player.
There is also a truckle bed in the lounge for occasional use which can be set up as single, twin or kingsize bed. It is a good quality, comfortable bed from M&S. The mattresses can also be used upstairs to sleep a small child/children in the master bedroom. If you wish to use this facility you will need to bring your own bedding for it.

The cottage has a small terraced area to the front of the house with table and chairs.
There is one allocated car parking space within the Dairy and further parking outside on the road.
Dorset is an area of outstanding natural beauty with hidden villages, charming market towns, historic cities and many National Trust properties.
Sandy beaches are at Studland, Swanage, Weymouth and Lyme Regis, and are all within easy access. There are many more rural beaches, as well as Chesil Beach, the 18 mile shingle bank, all within half an hour's drive.
8 miles to Ringstead Bay (our favourite)
8.5 miles to Weymouth Beach (the train takes just ten minutes; the station is an easy walk from the cottage)
12 miles to Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door
The South-West Coast Path allows walking on unspoiled coastline from Poole to Lyme Regis and inland there are 3000 miles of footpaths to explore.
Historic Dorchester is in the heart of Thomas Hardy country and hosts many museums and a wealth of attractions for all ages. The centre of Dorchester is less than 10 minutes walk away, with an excellent mix of local and high street shops, and many restaurants and cafes.
A local One Stop Shop is 5 minutes walk and is open from 6am to 10pm every day.
The Trumpet Major, a family friendly Marston's pub restaurant, serves food all day, every day, and is just 5 minutes walk from the cottage.
Dorchester is very well off for supermarkets. There is a Waitrose in the town centre, a large Tesco just 5 minutes drive away on the ring road, a Sainsburys Local in Poundbury, and a Co-op and Iceland in the town centre.
Dorchester has its own 4 screen Plaza Cinema, just 10 minutes walk from the cottage, which screens a variety of films each week including latest releases. Ticket prices start from just Â£2.50 on weeknights.
The new ODEON cinema in the Brewery Square complex offers a further 3 screens with the latest in Dolby Digital sound technology along with stadium seating to provide the best viewing experience. Many well know restaurants and shops will be opening in the complex soon.
Every Wednesday Dorchester holds a traditional market with a large variety of stalls.
Dorchester hosts an authentic French Market during the August Bank Holiday.
Came Down Golf Club, with magnificent views across the Dorset coast and countryside, is situated just a few minutes outside Dorchester, offering all year round golf and welcomes visitors.
Rural and river walks are within easy walking distance of the cottage.
