A very comfortable and stylish apartment which is located close to Inverness city centre. A perfect location, whether you are staying for a short city break, here for business, or looking for a base to explore the Highlands and Islands.

This ground floor apartment benefits from it's own private entrance, is newly renovated and fully furnished. The accommodation consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen/dining area with access to a private garden and outdoor patio.

The bedroom accommodates a double bed, wardrobe and plenty of storage, the living room has a three seater sofa & chair and TV, DVD player and Hi-fi. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, electric cooker, microwave oven and fridge.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The apartment is just a ten minute walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and art galleries. Or take a walk down by the River Ness to Eden Court Theatre and then on to the very pretty Ness Islands & Floral Hall. The train and bus station are also just a 15 minute walk away.

There is easy access to the A82 for visiting Loch Ness or traveling over to the west coast and Isle of Skye. For the beach lovers out there, Rosemarkie beach & Chanonry Point on the Black Isle are a 30 minute drive away or head east to Nairn, Findhorn or Roseisle beaches, just a 45 minute drive.

If you are coming with a car, there is on-street parking or the option of a car park very close by, you will be given a parking permit for the duration of your stay.
