The Snug is a fabulous self contained, non smoking studio within the basement of a Georgian sea captains house. It has a small outside decking area which has steps leading to a lovely courtyard garden suitable for BBQs.
It is positioned in an attractive street with on street parking, within a few minutes walking distance of train stations, beaches, shops and restaurants. The interior has only just been refurbished and is to a high standard offering a cosy, bright and charming studio with a mix of contemporary and character features.
The studio is suitable for couples or those with one child and/or babe in arms.
If a third adult shares then there will be a £20 per night fee. There are no other additional costs.
The accommodation offers a double bed area which has a pull out single bed underneath, (cot upon request), sitting area with sofa for two + Chair with a 32” flat screen wall mounted Freeview TV with USB slot, mood lit electric fire, plus a dining area for three (+highchair upon request).
There is a kitchenette within a unit comprising a fridge with ice compartment, two-ring electric hob and sink. Also provided is a combi microwave/oven, toaster, kettle and BBQ for outside use. The separate bathroom is very chic with double ended bath and double shower cubicle.
Included: Electricity, central heating, emergency lighting and smoke alarm.
Also provided is DAB radio, Ipod dock, Free WiFi, hairdryer and all bed linen/towels (except cot linen), key safe.
If staying more than one week the property will be cleaned (Including fresh bedding/towels) on a Friday

With its mild climate and breathtaking scenery Cornwall has recently been voted by people from all over Britain, the UK's best holiday destination at the British Travel Awards. It has a varied coastline with its spectacular cliffs, hidden coves and world renowned north coast surf.
There is plenty to do in Cornwall to suit all, such as the Barbara Hepworth museum and Tate at St Ives, the Eden Project and Lost gardens of Heligan. For those with children, there is Crealy Adventure Park, Flambards Amusement Park as well as numerous castles and museums.
Idyllic waterside villages such as St Mawes, Flushing and Helford, are all accessible by boat trips/ferries from Falmouth, where you can also venture out on fishing trips or a sea safari to see anything from Dolphins, Seals or Basking Sharks.
You can also catch the river trip to Truro taking in the fantastic scenery of the River Fal.
The Snug is ideally situated for Falmouth town, Events Square/Maritime Museum and beautiful beaches. There are a wide range of restaurants and bars in Falmouth including Rick Steins which is situated just at the end of the road. Within the Events Square there numerous bars and restaurants where you can sit out, relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
There are three main beaches which cater for all your needs including rock pools, water sports, sailing (including tuition) and beach restaurants/bars. If you enjoy walking, then you are in the perfect location for checking out the beautiful views from some of the finest coastal paths that Cornwall has to offer.
There is also one of the finest golf courses in the country which boasts some spectacular views across Falmouth Bay and just a five minute drive away, although it is most definitely within walking distance from The Snug.
Falmouth hosts many festivals throughout the year and 2014 will stage the Tall Ships Regatta at the end of August.
