The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, with antique bedside tables, and table lamps, antique wardrobe, antique dresser, a large mirror and a chair. Complementing the parquet flooring are high ceilings and large French double glazed windows with shutters. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with full bath, shower and large sink in vanity unit.

The second bedroom offers a double bed with period bedside tables, mirror, chair and wardrobe.

The third bedroom has two single beds, gilt mirror, period wardrobe and writing desk with chair.

All bedrooms have original polished oak parquet floors, high ceilings with chandelier and decorative cornice.

Top quality Egyptian cotton linen is provided as well as thick comfy mattress toppers. All windows are double glazed and have shutters on the outside to ensure a good nights sleep. Alarm clocks are also provided in all rooms.

The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet with bidet attachment and large sink set in a sand coloured vanity unit, with large backlit mirror. There is ample storage in the vanity unit.

There is a third toilet with hand sink and mirror immediately beside the second and third bedroom.

All bathrooms are brand new, fully tiled in cream porcelain. Two hair-dryers are provided in this apartment.

1 bath towel, 1 hand-towel and 1 facecloth are provided per guest. More can be provided at a small additional cost. All top quality 5* Hotel standard Egyptian Cotton.

The brand new American style kitchen is fully equipped with all you would expect from a top quality rental apartment. There is a granite work surface with white high gloss units, a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, Nespresso coffee machine. All utensils are provided including the all important bottle opener!

The living area is on the corner of the building and has 3 large windows which along with the high ceilings, parquet floors and antiques adds to the feeling of old world grandeur.

You will be greeted upon your arrival by our English speaking representative who will give you the keys and show you around the apartment.

You will also have her mobile / cell no to contact if any issues arise during your stay.

Beds will be made up with Egyptian Cotton Linen and towels are included in the cost as is the end of stay clean.

Beach towels are also provided.

Wifi is free of charge.

We accept payment by bank transfer or by credit card via paypal.

A damage deposit of €300 is required prior to arrival which will be fully refunded provided everything is in order on departure. In the event of damage, please contact our representative so that damage can be assessed together.

For shorter stays than those stated, please email or phone us and we will be happy to discuss. Also, for longer stays of 3 weeks or more, we may be able to offer a discount.

On booking, 25% deposit required. 6 weeks prior to arrival, balance of payment is required. Full payment is required for bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation over 28 days before arrival, 50 percent will be refunded. Over 14 days before arrival, 25 percent will be refunded.

Refunds can only be made back to the bank/credit card from which it was received.

Check in: 4pm on day of arrival, we will try to accommodate earlier arrivals if at all possible. A surcharge will apply for arrivals later than 8pm local time.

Check out: 11am on day of departure, we will try to accommodate later departures, but this is less possible in peak season and holiday times.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur region

This seductive part of France has it all, glorious beaches, world class shopping, the best of 20th century art, vineyards, blazing blue lavender field, glitz and glamour, not to mention the best restaurant and food scene in France.

The bus service from Nice is excellent. Buses travel to Menton, Monaco, Cannes, Eze, Vence, Grasse and various ski resorts for €1. The train service is also excellent and very well priced.

Provence has a beautiful Mediterranean climate with gorgeous mild temperatures for most of the year. You can expect brilliant, sunny summers and cool winters. The city of Nice has hills to its north which provide the city with protection, contributing to the fine weather for which Nice is so widely celebrated. The city does receive sufficient rain year round but short showers are more common than days of drizzle.

Year round, Nice is a wonderful place to visit and its appeal is universal. Our apartment is perfectly placed to take advantage of all it has to offer.

Location, location, location. This beautiful newly refurbished apartment is perfectly situated for all that the Riviera and Nice has to offer.

The apartment is in the centre of 'The Golden Square', the Carre D'or. Steps away from the famous Negressco, on the Promenade des Anglais, one of the few privately owned palaces in the world that is also classified a National Historic Monument.

The world famous palm tree lined Promenade des Anglais itself is perfect for taking a seat, admiring the view, bike hiring or relaxing with the local Nicoise. Carre D'or is also the designer district, home to all the big names as well as plenty of boutiques and artisan food shops. The apartment is a five minute walk from the pedestrianised zone, with its bustling pavement cafés and restaurants. The bus and train station are each a 10 minute walk.

This apartment is perfect if you want to be in a fifteen minute circumference to all that Nice has to offer and really is the perfect base to explore the Riviera
