This is truly an amazing apartment and location. Brand New in 2010, modern award winning apartment block, very well equipped. South facing for sun all day, which is rare in Newquay as the town faces North.
Secure Carpark behind the building with no height restriction. Many other New appartment blocks on Headland Road, Zinc, Azure and Cribbar have under ground Carparks so you may not get in with a roof box.
Newquay is a lively town very popular with both young and old. There are many Night Clubs, Pubs, Resturants and shops which make the town centre very lively and a true year round destination. Once you are outside of the Town Centre it is very differant with Incredible Beaches, amazing walks along the clifts, great resturants, Differant Pubs and places to explore.
Our 2nd floor appartment apartment is on a headland, 10 to 15 minute walk from the town centre, which has Three Higher End Hotels and some very smart apartment blocks with Fistral beach at the end of the headland. Having the Golf course on one side, clifts and the ocean on the other does make for a quieter time.
Sainsburys is only a 10 minute walk away. Tesco's make regular online deliveries to our building often coming three or four times on a busy Saturday, maybe a time to try internet grocery shopping. Use postcode TR7 1FN.
Fistral Beach is the home of the British Surf Centre, there are many competitions involving Sea and Beach sports particularly during the summer months. It has a Bar, Cafe/Snack Bar/Fish & Chip Shop, Fat Face, Quicksilver and other surf shops, right on the beach and many more not far away.

A well equipped apartment with under floor heating fully fitted kitchen with stone worktops and high quality appliances. 42" plasma tv with with Free-view, Free Sat and DVD.
X Box 360 with Kinect (movement sensor), 2 wireless controllers and games. The games are Kinect Adventures, Dance Central, Call of Duty 4, Forza Motorsport 3 (Car Racing), Viva Pinata Trouble in Paradise, Mass Effect Recommended age 12 up (Shooting Game). Hopefully these games will stay in the apartment but we cannot guarantee it so it may be better to bring your own.
Mini 'Teac' Hi Fi with I pod docking station.
The beds can be set up to your requirements, either Singles or Doubles in each room. There is a travel cot which can be put out as well. A third single, a proper bed not a folding one, can be put up in one room for a child if required as well.
There is a Family Bathroom with Shower over the bath and an On-suite Shower Room.
There is a store and shower in the basement for your beach equipment and surf gear. A lift means that you do not need to walk up stairs after a hard days surfing or walking. We try to keep two body boards, two fishing nets and two spades for children to use, these do generally stay but we cannot guarantee that they will be there.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS is to the back of the building through the car park and ramps to the lift, as there are steps at the front of the building. As to getting wheel chairs into our appartment, the comunual areas of the appartment are wide and should be no problem. The door into our appartment leads into a reasonable size entrance hall which would be fine. One bedroom leads straight off the entrance hall and would be fine the other involves a sharp right turn and could be tricky. The Kitchen, Dining and Lounge area, while not being huge, should not present any major problems with wheel chair access. I can supply more photos and plans if required.
There are no extra facilities in the appartment to make it more suitable to anyone with Restricted Mobility

If you are after something more relaxing just sitting on our Balcony and watching surfers, waves and Golfers is a great way to pass the day especially if other members of your family are surfing or playing golf.
Walking on the cliffs and beaches are great fun for all the family. Both behind our block on this Headland, and at the other end of Fistral Beach on Pentire, are large unspoilt peninsulas great for walking on the tops of the cliffs with views back towards Fistral and even more dramatic views the other way towards Crantock Beach. At low tide there is a large amount of beach, rocks and rock pools to explore which is great family fun.

Cornwall is a truly stunning County with a rugged and rural landscape, a huge amount of coast line with breathtaking views and walks, incredible history with mining, fishing and the sea featuring heavily.
Cornwall tourism industry must be huge and they are doing huge amounts to both cater for this and promote it.
The UK's sunniest county has allot going for it from huge attractions like the Eden Project to many more local places of interest. Golf is now well and truly on the agenda with allot of very good courses being another string to its bow.

A guy who was a chef for Rick Stein for 14 years has opened a Fish Restaurant which is very good and there is also a large lively Pie and Cider bar which is very popular.
Newquays main attraction has to be the beaches there must be more than 10 sandy beaches all around the town, great for familys not just surfers. Fistral Beach is home to our national Surf Centre, many of the beaches have surf, as well as Watergate Bay which is just 10 minutes by car away.
The Town itself is a year round vibrant centre with many Shops and Resurants. There is a large retired population as well as the younger surfer crowd which all co exist very well. Newquay has something for everyone Newquay is somewhere you will go back time and time again.
Due to the Geography of Newquay and Cornwal there are loads of Bars, Pubs and resturants which overlook the sea all catering for Locals and Tourists alike. As there is so much choice they have to be good to survive so you will be surprised by the quality and value for money you will find. A great way to spend time.
