The apt is open plan, bright and airy with one very comfortable 5ft bed. There is also a double mattress that can be pulled out to accommodate 2 more. The kitchenette is fully kitted out for self catering. There are pine floors and black slate throughout.
My inspiration for our BnB harks back to the B&Bs of old....when you stayed with the family, in their home. Here you can have the best of both worlds....your own space to sleep and eat or our dining room table for meals and company !
Our house is right beside the apt, so we are close by for all your needs or any information that you might require. If you need the internet....some sugar.....whatever it is, we will endeavour to help.
If you would like to joins us for breakfast ( €10pp) or dinner (€10pp ) just let us know and we will set some extra places for whatever is in the pot !
Our garden is wonderful for relaxing in and we would love you to enjoy it too. There is a also a lovely al fresco dining area and we have swings and a slide for the kids to enjoy aswell. If the weather isn't obliging, there is a table tennis table indoors. As there is no television , children are more than welcome to come into our house and look at tv there.
In our aea, we are unable to connect to landline broadband, so we use a mobile bb. The reception is poor. but you need the internet, we are more than happy to lend you ours.

Mt Temple is a beautiful little well kept village with a bar, restuarnat, shop, church and an impressive 18 hole golf course. Our home is 10min walk to all of these.
5 mins drive away, there is a lovely 30min walk along the bog and through the woods where i bring my dogs to everyday.
Athlone is a picturesque town on the banks of the Shannon river..the castle ...900yrs old, sits on the banks and is definitly worth a visit, as is the free art Gallery also overlooking the river. The charming left bank area has some great restaurants and pubs with lots of live traditional Irish music and Ireland's oldest bar, Seans.
