Polly's Perch has recently been renovated and refurbished to a very high standard. The interior reflects traditional aspects of the cottage, including some fire places and original stone walls but also has a clean, warm, modern feel. The house is elevated on a hill with a terraced garden at the front with sea views and is spread over three floors. The top two floors each have a bedroom and a bathroom. The master bedroom comprises en-suite with walk in shower and the bright bedroom window affords lovely far reaching views of Torbay.There is a wood burning stove and a large comfortable 'L' shaped sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep an additional two guests. There is a flat screen TV/DVD to keep the children amused if you have a rainy day and plenty of board games and books. The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ and utility room will meet every need if you prefer catching and cooking your own supper! There are steps up to the front door. The house is a 5 minute walk to the harbour, marina and shops.
