Arta

In the north-east of Majorca there is the beautiful town of Artà, which is very popular in the Majorcan artist-scene. In the municipality there is also the nature reserve Parque Natural de Llevant and the beaches near Artà should be emphasized: here you can find very long, sandy beaches without large hotel buildings.

The old town of the town is worth a visit. Besides quaint streets and small artisan shops here is also the symbol of the village, the church of Sant Salvador. Within a radius of Artà, there are several recommended golf courses and great cycling and walking opportunities.
