La Petite Maison has two bedrooms: One double and one twin. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer all the other items you would expect to find in a quality accommodation. The living /dining room are comfortably furnished.
The large 1.5 hectare gardens are mainly lawned and provide an ideal place for children to play. The facilities available include a heated swimming pool (13 x 6.5m), table tennis, children’s swings, a gym (with exercise bike, rowing machine, bench and weights), with bicycles available for hire locally and delivered on site. There is also a shared TV lounge with a large selection of videos, UK satellite TV and a darts board. For golf enthusiasts, one of the region’s most popular golf courses is only 4km away.
The immediate surrounding area consists mainly of farmland, woodland and the beautiful countryside for which the Dordogne is famous. Despite this you do not have to travel far to visit many of the region’s most popular places. The Bastide of Eymet, the market town of Ste-Foy La Grande and the château of Duras are all within 15km. Bergerac and its many famous wine producing châteaux and old port is approximately 20km. A little further east are the many attractions of the Dordogne Valley.
