**Please note that this area on the top landing is an open/narrow space (please see photos). There is a balustrade of suitable height when standing but this area is dangerous if children played or stood on the bed as there is a steep fall below. The granite stairs are also not suitable for all, especially those with poor eyesight or infirm.
The apartment is therefore not considered suitable for young children, the elderly or infirm or those with disabilities. Please ask for more information if you are in any doubt.

The Royal William Yard Ferry travels between the RWY Marina and the Barbican. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes and is a great way to see Plymouth Hoe from the sea. The price for a one-way trip is £3 for adults and £1.50 for children. There is no need to book and the fare can be paid on board
