A unique opportunity to holiday in a luxury American RV.
RV's (Recreational Vehicles) often become the only home some Americans have, when they sell up their family home and take to the open road for their retirement. Hence these fabulous vehicles are fully equipped for luxury living on a permanent basis.
This Damon Intruder has finished its roaming days and has now been permanently sited in a quiet wooded area just outside Benidorm in Private, Wooded grounds.
Accommodation, all of which is of course centrally heated and air-conditioned, consists of a spacious bedroom containing a very large bed, with two separate mattresses, and plenty of wardrobe and drawers, as well as under bed storage. There is a separate full sized shower in the bathroom area, with wash hand basin and a separate toilet, which has been fully plumbed, so no emptying of “tanks” necessary.
Toiletries, shampoo, shower gel etc. are all included plus plentiful supply of towels, hand, shower and swimming.
The kitchen area has a full sized fridge/freezer, essential in this hot country, plus oven and hob, microwave and is equipped with lovely matching Eternal Beau crockery, cutlery etc. and plenty of kitchen equipment.
The lounge area has a large comfortable sofa, free standing arm chair as well as the front “driving” seats which swivel round to accommodate guests. A music centre and satellite TV complete the indoor entertainment area.
Outside is a paved patio area affording lovely mountain views, with table and four chairs, gas barbeque and a washing machine housed in its own separate area. There is plenty of parking as the RV is sited within a 3 acre plot of land, securely fenced and gated. In summer, there is a lovely outdoor swimming pool, which is shared between the RV and other 3 buildings on this site. In winter there is private use of a large heated INDOOR pool, available for the exclusive use of the RV between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. daily. What more could you want

The area in which Alfaz del Pi is situated is the Costa Blanca, or White Coast, probably named because of its exceptionally beautiful beaches. Here is a micro-climate of warm winters, as the area is surrounded by mountains and therefore protected from the worst elements. But in summer, temperatures rise to the mid 30's and visitors head for the beaches, pools, water parks and waterfalls further inland.
Within a 5 mile radius of Alfaz can be found the bustling city of Benidorm, the modern town of Albir, the sporty town of La Nucia, the quaint old town of Altea and no less than FIVE theme parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqua Natura, Aqualand and Mundomar, to say nothing of golf courses!
BENIDORM offers every type of pastime you can think of: sandy beaches, parks, restaurants, shops and bars. Whether you like sing-a-longs, bingo, country and western, dramatic stage shows, gay clubs, strip clubs or an afternoon tea dance, you will find it in Benidorm.
ALBIR is the seaside of Alfaz, and has lots of shops and restaurants, a beautiful promenade and a shingle beach.
LA NUCIA is a more Spanish town, and has less of a “foreign” influence. There is a sports centre there, open to everyone, which would put any major city in UK to shame! A large indoor heated pool with jaccuzzi baths, steam rooms and saunas, with a well stocked gymnasium offering classes in practically everything sporty from Pilates to spinning, dancing, judo, you name it, it's here! All this is surrounded by football pitches (both indoor and out) BMX tracks, tennis and padel courts and even a course for remote controlled cars – not the kids stuff!
ALTEA is the artistic town of the area. Here, tiny cobbled streets lined by houses with window boxes overflowing with geraniums, wend their way up to a magnificent blue roofed church, in front of which on hot summer nights a variety of craft stalls set up to sell their wares. People just wander around, stopping for a cooling drink, a snack (or “tapa” as they are known) or a fantastic meal served under the stars. Alternatively, the marina and harbour offer endless hours of interest, watching some very expensive yachts come and go, and the local fishermen auctioning their catch off on a daily basis. Restaurants and bars abound!
