The golden beaches at Bournemouth, Shell Bay and Swanage are all a convenient drive away, as are Corfe Castle, Monkey World, the Bovington Tank Museum and Dorchester. Other local activities include golf and walking with many routes and footpaths being accessible direct from the property.

The accommodation is situated on the sensitively converted barn’s first floor, which retains many exposed beams, is accessed by an internal staircase from the car port and offers ONE bedroom: with super king-size zip- and link, which can be made into a twin on request, built in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with WC. Double doors lead out onto a south facing balcony area with table and chairs and a lovely view of the Purbeck Hills. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with a Velux, 3 dormers and a large west facing feature panoramic window overlooking a horse paddock and superb sunsets, making the accommodation light and airy. Lounge area with leather double seater reclining sofas, reclining armchair, TV/DVD and wi-fi. A selection of books and games are provided. Kitchen area well-equipped with electric cooker and hob, fridge with small freezer section, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Dining area with oak table and chairs. Amenities: ample parking in own car port which gives direct access to the front door. Additional storage for bikes surf boards etc. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included.
