The two large bedrooms are quietly located at the rear of the property overlooking gardens; the master bedroom has a double mahogany sleigh bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds with solid wood bedframes. A 5th guest can be accomodated on a fold-down bed with comfortable mattress. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washer-dryer and dishwasher. There is a modern bathroom with bath/shower.
As well as being within walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions, the apartment is also very close to William Street with its unique selection of boutique shops (a pleasant alternative route to take when walking to Princes Street), St Mary's Cathedral (which is the largest in Scotland and very gothic looking with its 3 spires), the Water of Leith walkway (a beautiful riverside walk right through the centre of Edinburgh passing through historic Dean Village, and on to Stockbridge, home of the Royal Botanic Garden). The Scottish Gallery of Modern Art and Murrayfield Stadium are also nearby. There is a frequent bus service to many parts of the city in the main street.
