The other is a fair sized double bedroom with double bed and a fold up Zbed, built in wardrobes and dressing table.It has a new kitchen, new bathroom with new shower. A dining room and a nice lounge with flat screen TV, built in DVD player and freeview. There is also a good selection of books, DVD.s and CD's. The cottage is fully centrally heated and has a secluded cottage courtyard garden where you can sit and eat.
Please note due to the cottages being elevated from the road there is 4 steps leading up to the cottage also there is only street car parking.

The cottage stands in the main street of Coddenham which is a very old quaint village set in a conservation area with a main st of mainly timber framed cottages The village stands 2 miles from the A14 trunk road which links to the midlands and the north 5 miles north of Ipswich B1078 2 miles east of A14
Coddenham has in previous years won awards for village of the year. In the village you will find amongst other things a country pub “The Dukes Head” which serves guest and local ales, a post office/general store, a country club and a historical old church, St Mary's
