This luxurious guest house, "Villa Art Caesarea", commissioned for the hosts, Alice and Brian Bergner, artists and designers is extremely suitable for both families and couples.
Whilst cutting edge and minimalistic in design, "Villa Art Caesarea", even with its geometric corners, high ceilings, broad windows and bright pastels,by virtue of its unique architecture built upon the counterpoint between an ultra-modern open space concept and natural materials, offers a warm and even surprisingly intimate atmosphere to its guests.
The 160 square meters of total living space includes a very substantial master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, occupying the entire top floor which also has its own huge balcony providing a panoramic yet secluded view of Israel's premier 18-hole golf course, designed by Pete Dye.
The ground floor includes a beautifully designed open space living room, dining area and well equipped kitchen with separate guest bathroom as well as a charming, completely private patio with an Ipea wood deck and hot tub.
Amenities include a coffee machine, toaster, spacious refrigerator, a microwave oven and eating utensils. The Villa can also be made suitable for guests who seek Kosher accommodation.
As an additional option the lower floor includes two additional spacious bedrooms with either a double bed or a Futon that come with a separate bathroom.
"Villa Art Caesarea" is filled with unique art work, and features lighting and photographs by Brian Bergner, the owner, and many drawings, sculptures
and paintings each specially selected to provide guests the unforgettable
experience sought after by the hosts. Much of the interior of "Villa Art Caesarea" has been designed especially for the project and includes the pampering beds throughout the guest house which are unique one-of-a-kind designs created by Alice Bergner, as well as natural limestone floors, a state-of-the-art kitchen and Corian topped bathroom cabinets.
"Villa Art Caesarea", whilst extremely well located, being three minute walk
to the synagogue and tennis courts, and a five minute drive to the township
center, is also extremely secluded and private, offering guests seeking a
discreet location the best of both worlds.
In their wish to create an unforgettable experience, the hosts have partnered with several local restaurants situated in the amazing ancient port of Caesarea to offer guests a very special "Israeli-style" dining experience with a breakfast at a reduced price at the restaurant of their choosing. Naturally, other meals are also available at a reduced price at additional local restaurants. A comprehensive list of local restaurants is available to guests who want to dine locally as well as a list of local services such as a masseuse who can be reserved during the guests' stay and also a host of local attractions, many of which are partnering with "Villa
Art Caesarea" to offer their services at a very special price.
