This traditional, well located, one bedroom flat enjoys soft natural light, some original features and is fitted out with a mixture of modern and antique-style furniture, that provides a pleasant and comfortable environment for your stay in Edinburgh.

The Space

Bedroom:

The large, double bedroom, contains a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed and side tables with lamps. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and ample towels are provided.

Living Room:

The living room contains a large, comfortable, sofa, a sofa bed (the sofa bed can be moved into the bedroom if preferred) a drop down dining table for two, complete with folding dining chairs, a coffee table, TV, DVD player and Freeview box. (Internet access to be confirmed)

Kitchen:

The kitchen is open plan and extends from the living room space. It is fully equipped for you to prepare either full meals or light snacks, with a hob, full oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. There is plenty of cupboard and drawer space too, containing a full compliment of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans. Everything you would expect to find in your own kitchen at home. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the kitchen's 'walk in' cupboard. Washing detergent and cleaning products are provided.

Bathroom:

Although narrow, this fully tiled bathroom, contains a bath, modern 'over bath' fitted shower, sink and toilet.

Guest Access

During your stay, you will have access to the flat and the building's communal areas. Entry to this traditional tenement style building is via a main door that leads from the street and the flat is on the first floor which is reached by stairs. Note: You will have keys to both the main door and the flat.

Interaction with Guests

I will meet you on arrival to do the check- in, show you around the flat and answer any questions you may have, whether this is regarding the accommodation, or about Edinburgh and the surrounding area in general.

If you need to contact me during your stay, you may do so by telephone between 8am and 8pm. I am also happy to come and see you in person if this should be necessary.

Other Things to Note

Photographs of the flat are not fully up to date, but do give you a true idea of this delightful accommodation. New images will be available once the current tenants vacate.

A welcome pack will be provided for you on arrival, including breakfast items such as bread, milk, cereal, tea, coffee, butter and jam etc.

Any information leaflets and brochures left in the flat are always up to date and include public transport information, maps, Museum and Gallery information and of course current theatre listings, for those of you who want to experience Edinburgh's many festivals and rich theatrical heritage!

The flat has no carpets but a combination of laminate flooring and traditional stripped wood floors.

High chair and travel cot available on request.
