The master bedroom has a zip and link bed which can either be a superking or two singles and garden views. There is a bathroom adjoining the master with a bath, stand-alone shower, underfloor heating and anti fog mirrors. The second bedroom also has a zip and link bed which can either be a superking or two singles. It too benefits from views over the garden. There is a second bathroom on this floor with stand-alone shower. Down the curved staircase is situated the garden bedroom. The third bedroom is down a flight of stairs and has patio doors out on into the private garden. Probably best for children or the occasional use as this basement room can be subject to a slight rumble from trains so not suitable for light sleepers. Needless to say, it was used as a bedroom by the owners.

The garden has two areas of decking, garden furniture and a BBQ allowing guests to use this outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing if the weather should suit!
Metred parking bays on Castle Terrace. Free between 6.30 p.m and 8.30 a.m. There is an NCP carpark across the road from the apartment. The apartment is extremely well placed for exploring the city without a car. The centre is minutes walk. Within walking distance of the Airport Shuttle Bus drop off. Very short taxi or bus ride to Waverley or Haymarket Station (walkable too but with luggage we advise a taxi).

The property is ideally situated. Cosmopolitan Stockbridge, with its lively mix of shops, restaurants and bars is within easy walking distance. The Royal Botanic Garden, Inverleith Park, Princes Street Gardens, The Mound and the banks of the Water of Leith offer additional leisure facilities. Swift and easy access to the city by-pass, Edinburgh Airport and the motorway links to the north, south and west.
Ideally positioned; the shops of Princes Street are literally on the doorstep and the offices of Charlotte and St Andrews Square are a short walk away, whist the lively bistros and bars of George Street and the West end are readily accessed. Recognised stores such as Jenners, Cruise, Louis Vuitton and Harvey Nichols are all nearby, as are leisure centres, cinema, theatres and exclusive nightclubs.
