The Penthouse is located in a quiet residential compound, with three high rise buildings surrounded by lush gardens, just a few minutes away from the historical monuments and main cultural sites of the city. All three buildings have a spectacular main entrance, equipped with an automatic door service and 4 elevators for each floor.
The Penthouse is furnished with Asian antiques that are a family heritage and the entire house has fabulous hard-wood floors, including the main bathroom. The living room has a magnificent 180º panoramic view of the city. It is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a dining room set, desk, TV, CD and DVD player, as well as internet access and sliding glass doors that lead to a gardened terrace filled with wisterias and diverse shrubs and bushes that create a wonderful environment during the day to enjoy the sun with two beautiful wooden teak deck chairs and a ping pong table, along with a BBQ set, and a perfect scenario to dine at night under the stars and the city lights.
All three bedrooms are decorated with special pieces of art from Hawaii, the Philippines, and Africa. The master en-suite bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has a twin bed and another small kid-size bed, that has an array of toys available for our small guests to play with. All three bedrooms have soft comfortable beds with 100% cotton sheets and cozy comforters for our guests to enjoy and relax with a small touch of luxury. And all three bathrooms are equipped with modern showers and decorated with high-rise ceramic sinks and 100% cotton towels as well as all the necessary amenities such as hair dryer, first aid kits, shower gels, etc.
The kitchen is equipped with all new electric appliances (electric stove, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave oven) and cabinets are filled with all the necessary spices to prepare succulent dishes, just like one would do at home.
The house has central heating that creates a warm cozy environment in the cold months of winter and also a central air conditioning system for the entire house to create a cool environment during the hot sunny days of summer.
A private cleaning service is also available for our guests to enjoy their holidays without the need of dealing with these chores and a welcome basket (with a variety of products such as milk, coffee, tea, fruit and biscuits) is provided upon arrival for our guests to enjoy their stay.
The location of the Penthouse is an ideal setting for families looking for a relaxing vacation in a safe neighborhood, but close to the city sites and museums. It is also a perfect place for executives on business trips, due to its proximity to the financial district of the city and to the International Trade Fair Centre (IFEMA), and the nearby exit to the M-30 street, that surrounds the city and allows quick transfers to all locations
Nearby, we have a series of small supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and a variety of wonderful restaurants, for family outings or for a romantic night out.
