The dining area is furnished with a wooden table and six chairs


Leading off from the kitchen up a few steps is the conservatory, an ideal space to sit and read. French doors lead out to the rear of the property and to the 'meadow garden'.

Bedroom one is located on the first floor and is furnished with a kingsize bed with bedside tables and side lights with a chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe with glazed doors. The room is furnished with a double bed and bedside tables with side lights, a low level chest of drawers and a hanging rail. Two in line Velux style windows offer panoramic views over the River Dart to Stoke Gabriel in the distance and, the other, looking to the rear garden.

Bedroom three is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a single bed and three drawer wicker unit.

From here, a natural stone wall leads up to the raised and sloping lawn areas of the 'meadow garden'. From the garden, superb views of the River Dart and surrounding countryside are offered. At the top of the garden is situated a summer house with a large decked dining area, an ideal are to sit and relax and enjoy the views.


Although there is no allocated parking space with the property, some on street parking is available with a small car park located a short distance away.
