This very well equipped townhouse is located at Los Dolses, Villamartin.

Through the front door you have the air-conditioned living/dining room which has 2 sofas, glass coffee table, wall unit, corner unit, 2 lamps, pictures, gas fireplace, wooden dining table and 6 chairs.

For entertainment you have a Television with built in video combination and a DVD player, there are English TV channels provided by private satellite dish. There is also a compact stereo. Wi-fi is available at a small additional charge.

The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric ceramic hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, grill, sandwich maker, vegetable steamer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, saucepans, glasses. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 2 chairs and a wall mounted radiator.

The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

The Costa Blanca in Spain is renowned for its beautiful coastline and one of the healthiest places to live.

Located at La Zenia you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops such as Primark, C&A, Lefties, Zara, H&M, Swarovski, Inside, Gerry Weber, Jack & Jones, Deichmann, Claire's, Bijou Brigitte, Adidas, Decathlon, jewellery, Leroy Merlin, mobile phone shops, Media Markt (electrical), florist, hairdressers, bowling alley, El Campo supermarket and petrol station which are all located on the ground floor. Restaurants are on the 1st floor and includes Muerde la Pasta which is an eat/drink as much as you like pasta/pizza restaurant with children's ball park, Burger King, Foster's Hollywood, Subway, Kebab Express, Good Rices (Pizza and paellas), Argentinian restaurant, Wok Centre and a Children's play area. Real Club Campoamor and Las Ramblas about 5 mins drive.

Torrevieja town is approximately 15-20 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out their goods at night.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property including; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

La Zenia beach is the closest to this property, approx 5-8 mins drive.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 15 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC and a Wok Buffet Chinese) are a 15 minute drive away.

Fast food establishments - McDonalds at Punta Marina commercial centre and Burgerking is located in Playa Flamenca.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.

Oz (was Pacha) nightclub is situated opposite the water park.

If you enjoy football, FC Torrevieja's football ground is about 15 mins drive.

Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months about 10 mins drive.

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approx 5 mins drive.

Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

A car is advisable when staying at this property.

An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

We are able to provide you with airport transfer and car hire at the property if you don't want to drive from the airport.

This is an ideal property for golfers and we can arrange airport transfers and transfers to and from the golf courses if required.
