HOMER CRESCENT is a 4 bedroom dog-friendly holiday home, sleeping 8 people, with a hot tub and internet access. A large private garden and decked area are perfect for summer evenings. Located in Braunton, this is a great base from which to explore the area. Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough are all just a short drive away, and the bustling village of Braunton just a short walk away. Braunton has great pubs, restaurants, shops and a busy friendly village atmosphere. The level Tarka Trail path is on your doorstep to explore, and the championship Saunton Golf Course is just a few minutes away. A fantastic holiday home for families or friends.
The lounge and dining area are separated by an archway.
The lounge contains a 2 and 3 seater settee as well as a footstall. Sit back and watch the large flatscreen Samsung television with Freeview (Sky digibox) or DVD player with DVD selection.
The dining area contains a glass dining table and stylish cream and black chairs seating 6 people. From the dining area step out onto an outdoor decked area, the lawn and of course the hot tub!
The kitchen is modern and appliances include a fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, hob, oven, grill, coffee machine, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery (including children's). In the kitchen is a small wooden table seating 4 people.
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with a large double bed and pine headboard, overlooking the rear garden. Furniture includes 2 pine wardrobes, a large chest of drawers, pine linen basket, full-length mirror, and Sony TV (with Freeview and CD/DVD player). Decorated in neutral colours with downlights in the ceiling.
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom, located at the top of the stairs, this bedroom has a large window overlooking the rear garden. The double bed has a brass headboard, and furniture includes bedside tables with 3 drawers each, a 4-drawer chest of drawers, and a pine wardrobe with mirror at the front. The decor is neutral, with magnolia walla, beige carpet and modern downlights.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom, containing 2 x single beds with pine headboards, bedside tables with 3 drawers each, a pine double wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. There is a TV with Freeview and the window overlooks the front garden. Walls are painted in magnolia, with a mottled blue/green carpet.
Bedroom 4: Bunk bedroom overlooking the rear garden. Storage is provided by a pine chest of drawers.
Relax after a hard day on the beach in the Jacuzzi bath. The family bathroom has a black and white theme. A quality white suite includes a bath shower overhead, sink, mirror, and WC. Bath towels are provided.
The front garden is a well kept lawn surrounded by a low wall and shrubs.
From the dining room step out onto a fantastic decked area with wooden garden table seating 6 people. Spend evenings relaxing in the hot tub or stoke up the chiminea.
The rear garden is private with a large lawn. Hedges and trees surround the garden.
A concrete drive provides off-street parking for 3 cars.
