This 80 square meter apartment on the second floor of a building has two large balconies on two sides. From both you can see the sea. The apartment is very close to the center of Castellammare del Golfo and just a 5 minute walk down the stairs to the harbour. Although rather in the middle of the city, it is very calm due to the two bedrooms are located on a quieter side street. The first bedroom has a double bed with air conditioning / heat pump, the other two single beds. You enter the apartment through the large living area, where there is a sofa bed. The kitchen has just been completely renovated with 5 burner gas stove, oven, fridge freezer and more. Like all the rooms and the bathroom is spacious and has a shower, bath, washbasin, bidet and toilet. A small TV is available. In this apartment a car is not necessary because of the central location but otherwise can be parked in the road.
