Exmouth is situated in east Devon and ideally placed for touring the West Country.
Historic Exeter with its cathedral and stylish shops is a 20 minute drive. Other nearby attractions include crealy adventure park, Paignton zoo and Dartmoor national park to name but a few. The National Trust property A La Ronde, an 18th century round house is a short walk from the property where they have a restaurant which provides excellent cream teas.
Exmouth is a popular seaside town with long sandy beaches and forming part of the Jurassic Coast. The seafront offers plenty to do with water sports, kite surfing, boat trips, children's play park and a newly built complex with ten pin bowling. Why not take the exe estuary trail and enjoy a walk or cycle ride along its picturesque path through Lympstone and Topsham.
The town centre has a variety of shops, cafés and restaurants as well as a cinema, sports centre and railway station.
