Welcome to our One Bedroom Paphos Apartment fully furnished, air conditioned and conveniently located just off The Tombs of the Kings Road in Universal Area. It is a small enclosed complex of approx. 30 apartments surrounding the pool and our apartment is ground floor exactly 11 paces to the pool and 21 paces to the convenience store at the front of the complex. This is particularly handy if like us you have new baby as there is no drama of hauling pushchairs and stuff up stairs being ground floor. There is also parking just behind the apartment for those wishing to hire a car.

Fully equipped kitchen as a home from home environment, so cooker, hob,microwave,fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc.1 Bedroom with black out blind and brand new for 2015, King Size bed for additional luxury (bedroom picture to be updated as still shows double bed) with separate air conditioning in bedroom with ample wardrobe space. Large living room area with 2 sumptuous real leather sofas, one being a metal fold out double sofa bed. The living room also has air conditioning with patio doors sliding open to front terrace for the beautiful sunshine that Cyprus offers. From July there will also be a Travel Cot available at the apartment should you require it.

Bars and Restaurants are a few minutes walk, while the local taxi service are at the end of the road. It is 20 mins from Paphos airport. Ideal for couples, or even if you just want some solitude in the sunshine without the hustle and bustle and with all kitchen equipment to just live without dining out expense. Leaves you free to discover the baths of Aphrodite, the Tombs of the Kings or relax in the harbour area, a short ten minute walk. There is the beautiful Fort in the harbour with plenty of lovely restaurants as well as speed boat rental and boat trips. There are local craft shops as well as the new Kings Mall shopping centre within a 5-10 minute stroll.

Alea Bar down by the sea is the trendy cocktail venue for a sundown tipple and with restaurants such as Olivetto just up from the Tombs of the Kings Road for amazing food and al fresco dining in stunning surroundings. Lively Bars and discos in the summer months are about 10-15 minutes walk if you prefer a night "out out"

Coral Bay is a short ten minute drive also. With flowers and fragrance in abundance in the local area, we are sure you will enjoy our second home as much as we do.

The Paphos District

The Paphos area is the heart of Cyprus, pleasant, not too commercialised, fragrant with flowers and plants in the air with the sun radiating down. Banana trees in abundance but with plenty of Restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes. There is a bar street full of clubs and late night drinking and there is plenty of boats and jet ski hire places in the Old Harbour Area of Paphos with cafes overlooking the sea. The waters here are the clearest in Europe.

Universal District

The local area has something for everyone, evening cocktail bars, beautiful seafood restaurants down in the harbour with views of the Fort and the ocean. The Kings Mall shopping centre is also a few minutes walk as are the historic Tombs of the Kings. Car Rental places are all local and within walking distance as are supermarkets and local bakery for fresh morning bread
