It is a 4th floor penthouse in a building with no elevator, so you will have to walk up its beautiful traditional wooden staircase. Its strategic location will allow you to enjoy the city from the moment you step out the door.
On the top floor of the apartment there is a double bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a convenient and pretty vintage style dressing room. On the lower floor there is another bedroom with a 90x200 cm bed. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa that can be used asan 80x180 bed. The living room also has an extension dining table that can sit up to 6 people. There is a 37” digital TV and free WIFI. The apartment is equipped with a powerful heat/AC unit.
The kitchen is integrated in the living room. It is equipped with a microwave, electric cooker, fridge, coffee machine, pots, pans, utensils, plates, dishes, etc. A supply of coffee, tea, oil, salt and vinegar will be provided free of charge to facilitate your stay.
The bathroom has a nice window that offers loads of natural light and easy ventilation.
The apartment is situated within an interior patio area, what will allow you to rest peacefully in the most vibrant part of a city that never sleeps. Also, the loft is insulated with best quality materials to maintain the nice temperature provided by the heat/AC unit. There is plenty of natural light throughout the apartment and with the windows open you can hear the bells of the nearby church of the Plaza de San Ildefonso.

It has excellent public transport links. There are metro and bus stations within walking distance, allowing you to explore the rest of the city with ease.
