An open plan living room/tv room provides a sofa bed acting as a second double bed with privacy to use as a second bedroom if required. There is a modern flat screen TV and DVD player, a small selection of DVDs, and some games and toys for our younger guests.
A fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, toaster, kettle, cooker rings and fridge. Cool bag and freezer blocks available for you to pack a picnic.
Additional camp bed is available and can accommodate a 5th person in the living room if required, at no extra cost.
Separate double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and bedside cabinets, with doors opening out onto sunny balcony.
For stays of 7 nights or more, there is no mid stay clean available as we do not want to disturb you during your holiday. There is however ample linen and towels so you can change them yourselves and our cleaning team will clean both sets at the end of your stay. Simply place used linen and towels in the laundry basket for our cleaning team.
There is no charge for final cleaning if staying for 7 nights or more, however, on departure, we would appreciate it if any rubbish could be bagged and removed from the apartment and the kitchen and bathroom areas left tidy. Thank you.

Sun beds for use on balcony and pool side are provided within the apartment. You will need to carry them down to the pool area if you wish to use them there.
Please respect other residents as most of the other apartments are privately owned and this is not a holiday complex.
Apartment is located on the first floor, above a family run traditional Italian restaurant (well worth a visit - just mention our name!). The apartment is accessed via security gate and stairs.
A rental car is advisable, however, there is an excellent bus service from Bescia Airport to the region if you do not want to drive whilst on holiday (timetables available on request)
The train service from Desenzano is simple to use and its easy to purchase your tickets (timetables available on request).
Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy. It is located in the North East of the country, close to the Alpine mountains, Adriatic Sea and the famous cities of Milan, Verona and Venice.
This ideal location provides the opportunity to explore one of the most scenically spectacular regions of the country. Whether seeking relaxation or pursuing outdoor activities, the shores of Lake Garda provide calm swimming conditions perfect for families, and for the more adventureous there is a wide range of watersports to choose from.
The town of Moniga del Garda lies in the hills stretching between Desenzano and Salo and is dominated by the Medieval Castle. Moniga offers excellent facilities including a supermarket, bank, post office and tourist information centre. On Mondays there is a large open air market offering local produce, bread, cheese, meats as well as clothing etc.
From its picturesque Port, all lakeside towns and villages are easily accessible. Sirmione is well worth a visit to see the remains of the Roman Villa the "Grotte di Catullo" and the Castle known as "Rocca Scaligera", not to mention the shops and cafes in the quaint winding Venetian type streets.
The lively bustling tourist town of Desenzano is accessible by either boat or a regular bus service from Moniga Del Garda and offers lake view cafes and markets. The train station at Desenzano offers superb links to the cities of Milan (1 hour away) and Venice (1 hr 40 mins away). Timetables can be provided on request.
