Located only 30 minutes from Seminyak, Villa Cepaka offers our guests a relaxed and tranquil holiday within the confines of an old Hindu Village on the banks of the main Penet River. Experience the real Bali while sharing the wonderful opportunity to live among the local villagers as they go about their daily and spiritual routines, and which has not changed for decades. Villa Cepaka is surrounded by lush rice fields which provide much of Bali with their staple diet of rice.
Villa Cepaka has been renovated to include all modern conveniences, while still retaining the traditional Alang Alang grass roofing and Bali style buildings. The tropical colours of this villa are admired by many, and with 3 generous sized bedrooms all with large King size beds, mosquito canopies, full ensuites, air conditioning, ceiling fans and generous storage, ensure that our guests are not left wanting. Each room (FRANGIPANI, BOUGAINVILLEA and LOTUS) are available for individual bookings and not necessarily as a 3 bedroom holiday home. Prices as shown are for one couple per one room per night.
The huge 15mtr x 5mtr pool is simply stunning, and guests can swim or sunbake at their leisure. A huge open reading room and lounge area which can accommodate 16 people allows for complete relaxation while overlooking the pool and the two riverside Bale's. A communal dining room seats 12, and a complimentary Continental Breakfast is included in the tariff. The property is surrounded by a canopy of magnificent bamboo, colourful beauganvillia, huge haleconia flowers, and huge frangipani trees. Villa Cepaka may be booked by individual room, or in it's entirety as a 3 bedroom villa if required for a family.

Situated N/W of Denpasar, Cepaka is one of the main rice growing districts in Bali, and the colourful sights of the workers and the lushness of the rice fields is awe inspiring. Take a late afternoon stroll through the village to the rice fields and be charmed by the friendly local Balinese people, and be over awed by the magnificence of a sunset across this magical land.
Cepaka is a major rice growing district of Bali, and the experience (especially at sunrise or sunset) is exhilarating as you are able to watch the Balinese tend the paddies as they have done for centuries! Mount Agung in the distance, is the only nearby elevated land around, and Cepaka is a very flat area which is perfect for rice growing. Whenever a new home is constructed, or a retail business created, care is always taken to protect the rice fields from extinction, and therefore, and wherever possible, only unuseable rice growing land is taken.
