Brierdene is a detached house on the iconic Harbour Road in the beatiful coastal village of Beadnell, with stunning views out across the sea towards the Farne Islands. Accomodation is over two floors consisting of a lounge, kitchen, dining area and shower room all with real wood flooring downstairs and three double bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs.
The spacious lounge has a log burner, flat screen TV with BT Vision, DVD player, a selection of books, games and DVDs and stunning, uninterrupted views across the sea from the picture window. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard and includes a Dualit coffee maker, microwave, washing maching and dishwasher as well as everything else you would expect to find in a kitchen to cater for six people. The dining area will comfortably seat six and opens out onto the large family garden and patio to the rear.
The three tastefully decorated double bedrooms contain a king-size bed, standard double bed and a single which pulls out to make twin beds. There is also a family bathroom upstairs as well as shower/WC downstairs.
Externally Brierdene has amazing views from the front and an enclosed, large, south-west facing family garden to the rear - with a patio area and patio furniture. There is also ample parking for three vehicles.

Beadnell Bay, with its TWO MILES of sandy beach is just a two minute stroll from Brierdene and there is wonderful food and beers to be found in the village in the Craster Arms and the Beadnell Towers Hotel.
The heating in Brierdene is by means of oil-fired central heating, the cost of which, as well as the provision of linen and towels, is included in the price.
