The bungalow is situated about 400m from the centre of East Wittering village which offers a wide choice of shops and amenities including a health centre, chemists, banks etc. The beach is approximately 300m away.
The Cathedral City of Chichester is 6 miles to the north and offers a wealth of cultural and entertainment activities such as the Festival Theatre, Pallant House art gallery, Cathedral, multiplex cinema and leisure centre. Within two miles of Chichester is Goodwood House the location for the world famous Festival of Speed, Goodwood motor racing circuit and 'Glorious Goodwood' horse racing. Chichester Harbour is designated an area of outstanding beauty.
The property is available to rent by the week, Friday to Friday, in peak times and by arrangement at other times. Unfortunately pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited.
Approximately 65 miles south west of London, 'West Manhood' covers a small area starting some 3 miles south of the Cathedral City of Chichester and stretches a further 4 miles to the coast where the beaches look across The Solent to the Isle of Wight.

The waters of the Solent and Chichester Harbour are particularly popular with sailors. The harbour is made up of a series of tidal creeks and is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty with wonderful walks while Chichester Marina, Birdham Pool and Itchenor Sailing Club provide the nearest sailing facilities.
