We are proud to offer our hotel style suite in the heart of Plymouths Historic Barbican.

Our newly refurbished suite offers the perfect location for a holiday or short break. If you are looking for exciting restaurants, boutique shops or variety of galleries these can be found within a stones throw of the front door.

We are always on hand to ensure your stay is perfect as we own and maintain all our apartments ourselves, your hosts Andy & Terry can help with the local area to restaurants or days out in our lovely sea fronted city.

Our weekly rate is available for Mon to Sun bookings, other variations and prices may change.

The Devon region

Average temperatures for this region are 18 degrees from June to September, and 15 degrees in May to October.

On the harbour, local ferries can take you directly to many beautiful places to visit, from Mount Edgcumbe to Looe and Polperro.

Saltram House is a National Trust gem where you can explore the. wooded pathway leading to river or meander through the house and gardens.

Devons coastal paths and cycle ways follow the rugged coastline.

Plymouth is a city shaped by the fortunes of sea, trade and war, nowhere more so than in the historic Barbican. Plymouth's delightful old port, full of narrow cobbled streeets, Elizabethan houses, specialist shops and galleries.

Visit the National Marine Aquarium with a 2 minute walk with its its deepwater fish tanks.

Sample Plymouth's finest export at the Blackfriars Gin Distillery less than 3 minutes walk away.

Take a boat trip around the Plymouth Sound from the Mayflower Steps.
