There is also an open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area with French doors, as well as a family bathroom. Outside, there is off road parking for one car and additional, free public parking just a minutes' walk away and the apartment has access to a large, rooftop garden with furniture, a paved patio and seasonal use of a hot tub.
