Stairs from this hall lead up into the lovely bright loft bedroom with its unique appeal away from the hub of the household. Three windows ensure the room is flooded with light.

One pretty double bedroom. Crisp white linens compliment the attractive toile furnishings and with the south facing window ensuring that the room is always light.

One Twin bedroom. Co-ordinating floral linens are light and bright and create a lovely fresh bedroom, again with a south facing window.

A provisional booking will only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total rental within seven days of making the booking. Payment of the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival, full payment at time of booking is required if less than seven weeks before your arrival date.

A towel bale, comprising 1 bath and 1 hand towels, can be ordered for the duration of your stay at a charge of £6

Accommodation is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. It may be possible to obtain earlier entry or later departure dependent on availability.

On arrival, we provide washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets (where required), kitchen roll, toilet paper, hand soap, salt & pepper.

Well behaved dogs may be accepted at a cost of £30 per week but are not permitted in bedrooms or on any furniture and must not disturb or be a nuisance to other guests.

Owing to the presence of the lake and the river, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, the owners accept no responsibility.

Rivermead Farm cottages are strictly non smoking.

Guests are asked to consider obtaining cancellation insurance, neither deposit or balances are refundable.

Ideally located for all the attractions of Cornwall, situated in the idyllic Glynn Valley, just off the A38, almost mid way between Liskeard & Bodmin. Rivermead Farm is located on the edge of Bodmin Moor yet only 8/10 miles from Looe and Polperro, both north and south coasts being easily accessible within 30 minutes. All the main routes of Cornwall are close and give easy access to popular locations like Port Isaac (Doc Martin), St Ives (arts & crafts), Padstow (Rick Stein), Tintagel(the legend of King Arthur) and Newquay and the north coastal resorts, famous for wind & surf boarding.

Bodmin

Siblyback Lake, located on the edge of Bodmin Moor, offers: windsurfing, sailing and kayaking.
