Weston Hills is located within easy reach of all Orlando's top attractions, ideally situated for a holiday in Florida. Air conditioned throughout, furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Unlimited WI-FI Internet access is available throughout the house. On-site facilities including; recreation center, community pools, tennis courts, volley ball court, walking trail, and children's aquatic center. We have a local Publix supermarket, a Wal-Mart superstore and restaurants are just a couple of minutes away. There is a selection of good golf courses and national parks nearby, Disney Animal Kingdom is 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic. A great holiday home in sunny Florida.

Weston Magic is a detached villa situated in Weston Hills, a quiet residential gated community set in natural surrounding. Weston Hills is located within easy reach of all Orlando's top attractions, it is ideally situated for a Disney World vacation.
Weston Hills is only 9 miles from Disney, reached in approximately15 minutes by driving south on the US 27 and east along the US192. Universal and Sea World are easily reached by going further east along the US 192 to the I4 junction and heading east.
If the traffic is heavy on the US192, we recommend guests to turn left at the junction of US192/Black Lake Road. This runs parallel with the 192 until you reach the T-junction with Sherberth Road. Turn left here and follow the road to the traffic lights. Turn right at the lights, you are on Disney property at the start of the Osceola Parkway by the entrance to the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Follow the signs to whichever Disney Park you want.
If you wish to go to Universal and Sea World continue on Osceola Parkway until you see the Gaylord Palms Resort and turn onto the I4 East.
We also find it useful to follow the signs for Animal Kingdom when leaving any of the Disney Parks, and then take the short cut back on Sherberth Road.
If you want to visit the Gulf Coast, take the US27 south to the junction with the I4 and turn right (west) towards Tampa. You can be at Busch Gardens in less than an hour, or on the beach at Clearwater in just over the hour.
Weston Hills is a select, gated residential community located on the US 27, which is 2 miles north of the junction with US 192. Having both permanent residents and vacation homes, it provides the holidaymaker with the chance to experience the true American lifestyle! Surrounded by open fields and natural wetlands the community is a peaceful haven after a day at the theme parks or the coast. We have enjoyed spectacular views and sunsets from our pool area.
We have a very active Home Owners Association; they ensure that our community is always looking well kept and lovely. On site facilities include two community pools, tennis courts, volleyball, playground and children's aquatic centre. If you want to use those facilities make sure you bring the gate pass, as you will need that to get access.
Access to the community is strictly controlled, so make sure you have your get pass when you go out for the day.

Within 5 minutes drive, you can find a selection of golf courses (including Highlands Reserve, Kings Ridge and Legends) or fishing and other water activities at Lake Louise national park. If you haven't walked enough around the shops or parks, why not get some exercise walking around the pavements in the community and have a chat with the locals? There are also walking trails in the countryside behind (but go well shod and watch out for the wildlife!).
