The property is located very near puerto banus and the beach and there are 2 mini-markets a block away. The apartment is nicely furnished, it features, fully equipped kitchen, hot & cold air-conditioning, marble throughout, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (1 en suite), flat screen tv with sky tv. Large and very sunny terrace. The community grounds and swimming pools are perfectly kept. The apartment includes parking free of charge, cots are available on request.

Depending on the time of your arrival, we may meet you or ask you to collect the keys of the property in our Banus office. Instructions will be sent to you a few days before your arrival.
Please note that late arrivals (after 8pm) will have an extra admin fee of 25 euros.
ALL arrivals after 23:00h will need to collect the keys from a safe box outside our Puerto Banus office or pay 50 euros if you wish to be met on arrival.
We kindly ask our guests to look after the property and respect the neighbours (not loud music at night please; there are so many cool places in Marbella that you will most likely party outside anyway!).
- Smoking is not allowed in any part of the apartment, including at the windows.
- Smoking is ONLY ALLOWED on the terrace.
- No pets. - No drug use in the apartment. - No excessive noise. No unregistered guests. No parties.
- The apartment will be clean on arrival. No daily housekeeping service is included. The apartment should be left in the same condition as it was found.
- Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately
- In case of the house rules (or any part thereof) being disrespected we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of the booking and have the apartment vacated without a refund or to not release the security deposit or any part thereof.
The properties are not part of any hotel operation. Much like having your own vacation home, they come fully furnished with well equipped kitchens, linen, towels, cook wares, dinner wares, initial cleaning and toilet paper supplied. * No additional furnishings, appliances or supplies, other than what is found in the apartment, will be provided. * These are self-service properties, no staff will be on-site so there will be no room service, no daily housekeeping service, and no daily change of sheets or towels. * Please understand properties are for residential purposes only and shall not be diverted to other us. Any person/persons hurt or property/properties damaged arising from the use of these properties, shall not hold the property owners, or its employees, any liability or responsibility for any loss, injuries or damages incurred. * Be aware that booked guests will be held responsible for any of their companion/s or visitor/s actions for any untoward incidents, intentional or not, that may cause harm, injury, damage or loss to any property or anyone affected. * Extensions are based on availability only.
