We are delighted to add this beautiful Provençal house to our collection, situated on the edge of the village of Peymeinade, the property has superb views over the surrounding hills and towards the picturesque hilltop village of Cabris and stands in large landscaped grounds with jasmine, oleander, lavender, and mature olive, fig and apricot trees.
The interior has recently been tastefully renovated. It is spacious and comfortable, and has been decorated in bright colours creating a warm and cheerful atmosphere. The house has central heating and would be a comfortable and pleasant place to stay at any time of the year. Wi-Fi.
Ground floor: Large living room with comfortable seating, television (some satellite channels), DVD, and wood burner and dining area, French windows opening to the large terrace. Separate well equipped kitchen with 5-ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and electric kettle. Washing machine. Through a door at one end of the living room there are steps leading up to a double (160cm) bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC: French windows leading to a balcony with lovely views. At the other end of the living room are two more bedrooms. The first is a spacious room with a large double bed, (160cm), an alcove suitable for a cot, and French windows leading to a little terrace. The second is a twin-bedded room also opening onto the garden. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, bidet and WC.
Outside: The magnificent swimming pool (13 x 5m) is in a sunny spot in the middle of a large lawn surrounded by olive trees and palms. It has a security alarm and a gently sloping “beach” at one end making access easy for non-swimmers. The pool and garden may be lit up at night making the garden look enchanting. Attached to the house is a large covered terrace. This is a lovely place for outdoor dining both during the day and in the evening, when you can see the lights in the village: the view is wonderful. There are other outdoor seating areas dotted around the grounds, and there is a BBQ and loungers for relaxing by the pool. The entrance to the property is via an electronic gateway and it is the last villa at the end of a private lane. Plenty of parking within the grounds.

Electricity and fuel included except in low season when it is read on a meter. If air conditioning is required, there will be an additional deposit of100€ per week, and electricity will be charged at a rate of 80% of total units used based on the meter reading. Final clean included but property should be left in reasonably clean and tidy condition. Cleaning available during holiday at extra cost.
