Attractions nearby are the Victoria Tunnel, the Seven Stories and the vibrant social life that comprises the Tyne Bar, the Cluny and the Free Trade inn with its beer garden which has been voted the best view in the city.

This two double bedroomed luxury ground floor apartment has recently been refurbished and has a large spacious open plan living space with a modern black marble kitchen annex. This is a real home from home, and offers a practical alternative to hotels. The apartment is situated on a pedestrianised area of the quayside with a small open grassy area to the front of the property leading to the riverside.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

A booking contract will be sent out prior to accepting your booking, and the booking will only be accepted following receipt of a signed copy of the contract.

The apartment is in a quiet residential block so we regret that we cannot accept all male or all female parties under the age of 25, and all male or all female parties over the age of 25 are only accepted with our prior agreement and the provision of the name, addresses and date of birth of all guests. We do not accept stag or hen parties no matter how well behaved you promise to be.

The apartment is only suitable for a maximum of four guests and under no circumstances shall any non residents be present in the apartment. The apartment is absolutely not suitable for guests who believe they are guesting on Geordie Shore.

A security deposit of £200 is required upon payment of the balance, which will be returned to you following your departure in line with our terms and conditions.
