Nice apartment building recently renovated, located in the historic district of Albaicin, considered by UNESCO World Heritage Site. Comprising two bedrooms with a double bed each one, a living room with TV and double sofa bed, open kitchen fully equipped with microwave, fridge and washing machine. Very bright, exterior, with three beautiful balconies overlooking the famous Aliatar square. It has a nice communal terrace on the top of the building, with stunning views over the Albaicin, the Generalife and the Mirador de San Miguel Alto.

Ten minutes walk from the center, with bus stop at the door of the apartment. With easy parking five minutes walk.

Five minutes walk of the Sacromonte and the Mirador de San Nicolas, known worldwide for its spectacular views of the Alhambra.

Fifteen minutes walk from the Alhambra.

Ideal for families. 30 minutes from Sierra Nevada and 50 minutes from the beach in Motril.
