There is a large patio area between the property and the pool which is ideal for summer barbecues. The enclosed garden is also of a size for children to play in, adults to sunbathe in and large enough that a football could be knocked about.

The heated swimming pool is housed in its own building within the garden and is about 40 sqm so a super size even when a full party of 14 is in the house. There is also a small sauna to the corner which is coin operated. Please note that pool towels are not provided.

The East Anglia region

Norfolk is known as Nelson's county and the more you explore, the more you will fall in love with this lovely part of East Anglia.

Generally considered as one of the the driest counties if not the driest in the country, Norfolk has a long coast line and Mundesley is on the North Coast. As you drive up towards the property, you will pass the Norfolk Broads and many say that it is a great day out on one of the boats there. There is also a large number of houses and/or gardens that can be visited - Sandringham being the most famous.

Mundesley

Mundesley is a great place for a relaxing holiday. It is situated right on the coast and has a lovely sandy beach. In the summer months, dogs are not allowed on the beach but as the property is close to a walk on the part of the beach that does allow dogs, this is never an issue.

As a very good sized village, Mundesley has a good selection of shops for provisions and supplies as well as flowers and gifts. There is also a Post Office and a choice of several places to eat and drink. Mundesley also has its own golf course - just over 15 mins walk from the property so only a few minutes in the car. There is also a horse riding centre at the edge of the village.

The livelier resorts of Cromer (tennis courts are also available here) and Sheringham are not far away and worth a visit plus there is plenty to discover in Nelson's county anyway - its beautiful coast, big country houses and Norwich to name just a few attractions.
