Ocean Blue cottage in Seahouses offers true seaside, holiday accommodation on the stunning Northumberland coastline. With 2 bedrooms (one en-suite), the cottage sleeps 4 guests and offers a great range of modern home-from-home facilities including Wi-Fi . The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the harbour and beach and within easy reach of Seahouses' shops, friendly local pubs and restaurants. Ocean Blue would be a good choice for a small family, a couple or friends who enjoy a holiday by the sea.

On your doorstep are the golf club with picturesque views, coastal walks and bike rides, boat trips to The Farne Islands, Holy Island and Lindisfarne, Bamburgh Castle and its pretty village, as well as nearby Beadnell with its stunning beach, Low Newton, Craster and so much more! There is allocated parking for one car in front of the house and at the rear an enclosed patio and terraced garden. The cottage enjoys central heating making Ocean Blue a great choice whatever the weather!

Lounge with dining area: Light and airy room with two large sofas, coffee table, a modern wall mounted electric fire, flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player, games, books and DVDs. NB free guest Wi-Fi from 5th March! The dining table has seating for 4 and sliding 'French' windows from the lounge lead out to the garden space.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a tall fridge freezer, washer/dryer, electric ceramic hob and fan-assisted oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Upstairs: Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe and chest of drawers and mirror. Seahouses

Within a short walk of the cottage are many attractions of Seahouses itself. The harbour is just around the corner and there are many pubs, shops and restaurants to choose from along Main Street. The Farne Islands can be reached by regular boat trips from Seahouses harbour. Great for bird lovers and geologists.

The historic town of Alnwick is only 10 miles away where you will find a thriving, historic market town with something a bit special! Even if you are not green fingered, a visit to Alnwick Gardens is a must, where you can stroll around the stunning gardens and waterfalls. Harry Potter fans of all ages should visit Alnwick Castle (or Hogwart's School) and relive some of the favourite scenes from the popular films.

The Heritage coastline is dotted with castles and villages and stunning beaches – ideal for walking all year round. The Cheviot Hills are only a short drive away offering superb views across to Holy Island and Lindisfarne. Alternatively, a stroll along the coats to Bamburgh Castle (only 1 mile away) or a visit to Holy Island are both ideal for a family day out.
